Biryaniwala was founded with a single purpose: to bring the authentic, soul-warming flavors of Hyderabad to the Pacific Northwest. Our journey began in a modest kitchen with age-old family recipes, slowly-ground spices, and the unwavering belief that great food has the power to bring people together.
Our head chef trained under master cooks in the old city of Hyderabad, learning the art of dum biryani — a technique where rice and marinated meat are slow-cooked in a sealed pot, allowing flavors to develop in a way no other cooking method can achieve.
Today, we serve over 80 dishes — from silky paneer curries to smoky tandoori kababs — each crafted with the same care and passion that started this journey. We are fully Halal certified and committed to quality in every plate.
We never compromise on recipes. Every dish follows time-honored techniques passed down through generations of Indian culinary tradition.
From sourcing Halal-certified ingredients to transparent allergen information, we believe in complete honesty with every guest.
In Indian culture, a guest is God. Every person who walks through our door is treated with warmth, respect, and genuine care.
Give us a call to reserve your table or ask any questions — we'd love to hear from you.
